Mobile Surveillance
Like any other multi-regional organisations, our client, Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA) faces the challenges of getting the right information to the right persons at the right time.
TRA needs a way to allow central control to share real-time information and reduce the time needed to pass on critical information to the right person for each situation. Most effectively, TRA needs a complete system that will allow their users to view live images in order to assess and make right decisions.

KAI SQUARE Surveillance Solution
Riding on our latest and most cutting-edge hardware, the KS1004, KAI Square proposed a mobile surveillance solution to TRA. By executing with our pDVR KS1004, TRA enables central control to pin-point the exact location of field staff with its onboard GSP; stream live footages through its camera headset; and communicate with field staff via VoIP. Our TRA project deployed KS1004 to various command centres and stations across the country which meant TRA’s central command in the capital have gained dozens of eyes and ears throughout the country.
By facilitating the flow of live visual and audio information recorded by KS1004 which is to respective stakeholders across the entire country, TRA can now put into effect the right courses of actions, almost instantly throughout its entire operation in real-time. Not only has KAI Square Surveillance solution enormously increased TRA’s efficiency and effectiveness in their daily operations, but also allowed TRA to reflect their improved operation as better services for all railway passengers.
